Depression sure is a bad way to go about losing weight... and if anyone knew me, they'd know *I'm not* trying to lose any. I'm trying to gain weight.|
But I've been super-stressed for a few days, and ate next to nothing. I lost two pounds since last week, and now at 96 lbs. I'm about 5'2", so that puts me underweight (though not dangerously so yet). Ideally, I should be 115 which would put me in the middle of the "normal" BMI range.
