Once before, after hearing news iTunes launched in Japan, I tried to enter a fake Japan address to get Japan's catalog. iTunes wouldn't let me because I didn't have a credit card based there.
But after hearing on a forum that the USA catalog had a somewhat better selection of actual Japanese music (aside from old traditional stuff), I opened the program.
And I was shocked to see myself presented with the Japanese catalog. o_O I don't know what happened, or if this is an isolated event. *_*
EDIT: Never mind... I knew I shouldn't have clicked on "Account". Doing that brought me back to the US catalog. *cries*
EDIT #2: Never mind again. I found a drop-down menu at the bottom of the main music store page, which says "choose your country". Apparently, this lets you view international catalogs, but it still doesn't let you buy. That's lame. >:( Although there's a few more "newer" artists from Japan on there (USA) now, you can't easily find it.
