YOUR PREFERENCES:

Gender: Not that i've ever dated, but I've found it's easier for me to be interested in a man... in all actuality, mainly because I don't know a lot of bisexual/lesbian woman (who'd date me, and vice versa). I'm a nitpicker when it comes to potential partners, but not in regards to gender.

Ages: Preferably someone older, as I tend to lean more towards people between 5-10 years older... but I wouldn't rule out someone my age.

Eyes: No preference.

Hair: Any colour is fine. xD

Height: No preference, although it's rare to meet a man who is shorter than me (5'2).

Clothes: I like seeing men who are well-dressed. This doesn't mean you have to wear a suit and tie (every day), but please!-- something more than just t-shirts and jeans that you've had since 9th grade and are full of holes and miscellaneous stains.

Facial hair for guys: I don't like full beards, but a well-trimmed goatee can be sexy. Completely shaven is sexier. xD

Professions: I simply admire someone with drive, goals, and ambitions-- but no workaholics, please. At least, not unhealthily workaholicism. :X

Race: To be honest, I prefer Asian males. But, however, I have seen at least one person of every race whom I have found attractive in some way.

Religion: It doesn't matter, as long as their spiritual views don't interfere with their ability to think for themselves, or interfere with things going smoothly. I don't know how to say it... I guess as long as their beliefs don't clash badly with my own (non-spiritually based) views. But I tend to get along best with liberal-minded people of all faiths. I could not be with a fundamentalist of any kind, or someone who expects me to 'convert' to his religion.

Nationality: I'm more likely to choose an Asian man over the a white man. ^^;;

One night stands: It's not something that really appeals to me. But as for other people, as long as you use sufficient protection and understand the consequences, I see no moral objections to it.

Fetishes: Long hair. >_>; Nice backs. ^^;

Older men/women: Older, but not TOO old... I don't want someone who could be my father. ^^; I think the oldest person i'll date is a maximum of 15 years older (or younger, if it came down to it).

Younger men/women: At this place in time, probably not, except for very few exceptions.

Sex: I can live comfortably without it. I guess if it happens (with someone I care about), it happens. But I still have a lot of issues concerning sharing my body with someone else to overcome, though.

Nice and ugly or mean and sexy: Can't I have nice and sexy instead?

Do looks matter: To a degree, yes. I don't expect anyone to be 'perfect' because I know I can't be 'perfect' either. All I really ask for is good hygiene and good physical health. I don't think I could be with someone who never took a bath, or someone who was so overweight that they would die from a heart attack at 35. Physical fitness is important to me and I'd love to have someone who will work out with me, but I don't expect or want the physique of Arnold Schwarzenegger. ^^; Gross.

Threesome: Not for me, but if others want to, I have no objections.

Gay sex: I think every human being, whether it's a conscious thing or not, has homosexual tendencies. Love is love. :) Or, sex is sex, haha.

Bestiality: No raping the animals, please!

Multiple spouses: Again, not for me. I'm very monogamous; I don't want to 'share' my spouse. Although I suppose there is nothing really wrong with it, as long as all parties involved are consenting.

Incest: I find the idea entirely unappealing, and perhaps even wrong. But, I guess, whatever floats your boat.

Co-habitating: Of course! This is common sense... Why would anyone NOT choose to live with their partner before getting married? There is no way I'm going to pledge to be with someone "till death do us part", until I know if we can see how well we interact, being around each other 24/7 (versus a couple times a week, or so).

Babies: No... I just don't like babies. But like a lot of other things, I can't really rule them out, or know exactly how well in reality i'll act around children of my own.

Are you a sexual person: Not really. At least, not compared to most people I know.

Do you like playing sex games: I have a lot of trust to build with my whenever-current partner before doing those things.

Talking dirty in bed: See above.

Do you have to be in love to have sex: I do, but I don't think it should be a requirement for everyone.

Sex before marriage: Considering i'm not too "hot" on lawful, legal marriage (certification), of course. I think, for the most part, you should have sex and live with your partner before marriage. What's the point of marriage, if your relationship hasn't matured enough yet? O_o;

Are you married: No.

Would you get married tomorrow: Tomorrow? No. o_o; I'd want to be boyfriend/girlfriend (or girlfriend/girlfriend) for at least a year. Preferably two years, but one will suffice.

Do you have to get married: Nope.

Have you ever been in love: Sort of.

Are you in love now: ¬.¬; Again, sort of. *blush*

Would you marry your boyfriend/girlfriend: Yes, just not tomorrow, and we still need to get to b/f and g/f status. :p

Personalities you like: Intelligent, semi-sophisticated, comedic (just not overboard), mature, responsible, level-headed, introverted-- but more outgoing than me, politically moderate, open-minded, loves to travel, ambitious, spontaneous, able to have fun

Personalities you don't like: Dishonest, ignorant, overly conservative OR anarchist-type people, fundamentalist, sexist/racist/homophobic/xenophobic, sloppy, people with unhealthy obsessions, people who can't think for themselves, people who can't see your point from where you're coming from even though they disagree with it

Anything highlighted in italics are responses I kept from Sarah's filling-out of the survey. Heh. :B I r sooo original.
